The Dublin Wellbeing Centre is a trusted holistic wellbeing centre at 26 Frederick Street South, Dublin 2, just off Nassau Street and close to Trinity College Dublin. We offer a wide range of holistic therapies, massage, counselling, psychotherapy, acupuncture, energy healing, bodywork, herbal medicine, Reiki, reflexology, somatic therapy, life coaching, spiritual guidance and wellbeing courses in a calm, confidential and supportive environment.
With 20+ qualified therapists, over 60 in person and online therapies and a growing range of wellbeing courses including Reiki, Shamanism, Tarot Card Reading, and more, we support people who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired, stuck, stressed, in pain, emotionally drained, or simply in need of time to restore balance.
