WHY DO REFLEXOLOGY

About Reflexology

Reflexology is a very effective form of therapy that can be used to improve and aid your health and wellbeing.  The feet are a map of the body and anything can be accessed by using pressure to specific parts of the foot this stimulates the body’s own natural healing process keeping it balanced.

It is a wonderful relaxing therapy with many benefits like  – reduces migraine, cleans up urinary tract conditions and speeds up recovery after surgery or injury. It triggers relaxation resulting in reduced tension and stress.  It increases blood flow throughout the body.  It complements  ongoing medical treatments.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Content of a session

You will remove socks and shoes and asked to lie down and relax on the plinth. Where you will be covered and relaxed in a safe and comfortable space.  You will more than likely drift off while I work on your feet melting away any tensions.

Length of therapy: 60 minutes
