Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic Drainage massage is a very gentle treatment that stimulates the lymphatic fluid to flow freely and carry waste out of our bodies. Like an internal river, it bathes and cleanses every cell and tissue of harmful toxins that can stagnate and cause disease. A healthy body depends on a healthy lymphatic system. Colette our in house Lymphatic Drainage Masseuse has a wealth of qualifications and experience.
Our Lymphatic system does not have a pump like our heart that pumps the blood around our body. It is dependent on our breath and lymphatic massage to stimulate it. When it becomes congested we become sluggish and open to disease. It is especially good to have a lymphatic massage if you are detoxing, recovering after an illness after physical injury, surgery or have inflammation or part of your healthy lifestyle.

What to expect
In a warm comfortable room with relaxing music you will be lying relaxed on the massage table. Because the lymphatic fluid is very close to the surface of our skin I will be using long very light feather like strokes stimulating your lymph fluid to flow to the lymphatic drainage points on your body.
This will greatly improve the lymph circulation in your body, and help your body, bringing toxins and impurities out of your system assisting your body heal.
Lymphatic massage is also a wonderful way to protect and maintain your health the most precious gift you have.
