Using the long, flowing forearm strokes characteristic of traditional Lomi Lomi, the therapists move around the table in a carefully coordinated way — sometimes in synchronised movements, and at other times working independently on different areas of the body. The effect is a beautifully absorbing and fluid experience where the body is held within a constant rhythm of touch.
When the body receives touch from multiple directions at the same time, there is often less for the mind to follow or organise. This naturally invites a deeper state of relaxation and presence, creating a heightened sense of ease and spaciousness in the body — as if the body is fully supported and held in a continuous flow of attentive care.
Often described as deeply enveloping, 4-Hands Lomi Lomi supports you in letting go more completely, as the mind and body soften their focus and settle into rhythm, flow and balance.
This creates a greater sense of ease in the body, a softening of the breath, and deep relaxation. From here, the body’s natural systems can come back into harmony — supporting circulation, nervous system regulation, and the body’s innate capacity to rebalance.
A deeply nurturing experience that invites deep rest, release and a return to natural balance.

Benefits
What to expect at a 4-Hands Lomi Lomi session
A 4-Hands Lomi Lomi session takes place in a calm, supportive environment where two therapists work together in coordinated rhythm.
Warm oil is applied to the body as the therapists use flowing forearm strokes, gentle stretches and rhythmic movements that travel across larger areas of the body. At times the therapists move in tandem, creating a mirrored rhythm of touch, while at other moments they work independently on different parts of the body. This creates a layered experience of touch that many people find deeply relaxing and meditative, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of deep rest.
A sarong or sheet is used during the session, with draping adapted to allow the flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi while always maintaining your privacy, dignity and comfort.
Sessions are typically offered as 60 or 90 minutes, though 90 minutes or longer is often recommended to allow the body to fully settle into the rhythm of the treatment.

“I recently enjoyed a Lomi Lomi massage a really pleasant slow comfortable and peaceful massage. This Hawaiian massage is very calming slow and relaxing. it is like a long slow oily hug is the best way I can think to describe it. It is given by a combination of strokes from hands and arms I think everyone should try it as they would benefit from its therapeutic connection.”
Dominik, Dublin
“Experiencing a Lomi Lomi massage with John was unlike any massage I’ve had before—it felt more like a ceremony than a treatment. From the moment it began, I felt completely safe and respected in his presence, which allowed me to fully relax and open up to the process. John's touch is both intuitive and deeply grounding, and the experience unfolded in a way that felt emotionally and energetically healing, not just physical. It went far deeper than I expected, leaving me with a profound sense of release, connection and peace."
