A coach does not give advice but believes you are the expert in your own life. Through a non-judgemental space, coaching helps you untangle thoughts, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. It supports change, career transitions, confidence building, stress management, and goal achievement. With gentle challenge and practical, action-based steps, coaching can help you navigate challenges, rediscover your spark, and create greater ease and purpose in your life.
Clíodhna is a fluent Irish speaker and offer sessions as Gaeilge also.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Online coaching is your space — a dedicated time away from the noise, demands, and commitments of everyday life. Creating a calm, private environment with minimal distractions allows you to fully focus on yourself, your thoughts, and what matters most to you in the moment.
To get the most from your session, take a few minutes to prepare beforehand. Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted, and test your camera, microphone, and internet connection 10–15 minutes before your session starts, where possible.
Have a notebook or journal nearby, along with a drink if you’d like to feel comfortable and settled. Before joining, think about what you want to focus on or achieve during the session.
Reviewing notes or reflections from previous sessions can also help you make the most of your time.
Try to log in a few minutes early so you can begin calmly and on time. During the session, be open, honest, and willing to be vulnerable as you explore new perspectives, deeper self-awareness, and practical next steps.
And remember — sometimes life feels full, overwhelming, or simply busy. On those days, simply showing up for yourself is enough. You don’t need to have everything figured out before the session begins.
