WHY DO LIFE COACHING

About Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a useful tool for reaching specific goals, whether in your professional life, spiritual life, relationships or personal health.  Your Life Coach never tells you what to do, but instead helps you articulate your dreams and then investigate who you are, what your strengths are and how best to use them. 

Life Coaching is a profession which is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice-giving, psychotherapy, or counselling. The coaching process is explicitly goal-oriented. It addresses whatever specific personal projects or business ventures you may have, or whatever personal transitions and relationships could be dealt with more effectively by you. This is done by examining what is going on for you right now, identifying obstacles or challenges, and choosing a course of action to best make your life be what you want it to be.

If you feel stuck, unbalanced, need change, have underdeveloped potential or unfulfilled dreams, or if you simply need to understand yourself a little better, life coaching can be a great way solution-focused way of finding what you seek.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Content of a session

The session can be done in person, through the phone or via videocall. It lasts 50-60 min and it is based on a deep and intense dialogue. The clients explain their issues or goals and the therapist questions and investigates them bringing them to a deeper level of awareness about their skill related to the goal/issue.
