We are so excited to announce that the lovely Roisin Dexter has joined The Dublin Wellbeing Centre as a Life Coach!
Roisin is a certified Life Coach (RMT), Parent Coach (ILI) and music and wellness facilitator.
Roisin holds a BA in Science, a diploma in Music and she has worked as a Primary Teacher and Forest School practitioner for eight years. She has trained extensively in therapeutic methods in the Arts and in nature, Non-Violent Communication and The Work that Reconnects (empowerment work). As well as coaching, Róisín leads groups in singing for wellbeing.
Part of being human is to sometimes feel totally stuck in life. She works with people when they feel stuck, to help them identify their gut feelings and to find creative solutions of which she believes there are no limits.
She also works with parents when they need support through difficult times, whether it be family conflict, separation, challenging behaviours or managing family life. she uses a blended approach of deep listening, questioning, movement work and guided meditation to help unstick you, gain clarity and connect to your gut. Roisin also draws on the natural world for new (or ancient) ways of looking at things, using the 12 principles of permaculture as a guide which are, in essence, laws of nature. Throughout her career she has helped hundreds of people dig deeper into their own unique creativity to find their next steps.
Roisin is offering a free 30 minute exploration session to see if she is the coach for you.
