This is an 8 week group in a small intimate setting to reduce stress and create balance. In this group we will have an opportunity through practice to foster our growth using research proven skills which include meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback & autogenic training, writing, drawing, movement and breathe work.
From Monday 23rd of September 2019 – 730 – 9.30 pm
