Mind Body Skills Course – Dublin 2

This is an 8 week group in a small intimate setting to reduce stress and create balance. We will have an opportunity through practice to foster our growth using research proven skills including meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback & autogenic training, writing, drawing, movement and breathe work.

From Monday 30th of September 2019 – 7.30 – 9.30 pm

€ 250 for 8 weeks.
