Women’s Circles Dublin 2 with Ana Silva
When was the last time you had space to talk about how you really feel, without having to keep everything together?
Between work, relationships, family and everyday responsibilities, it can be easy to put your own needs at the bottom of the list. You might spend much of your time supporting others, while quietly wishing you had somewhere to feel supported too. A women’s circle offers a space to pause, reconnect with yourself and spend time with other women in a warm, welcoming setting.
What happens in a women’s circle?
Each circle has a theme that guides the experience. Through gentle guided meditation, personal reflection, meaningful conversation and simple symbolic activities, participants explore different aspects of their lives and inner experiences.
You might be invited to reflect on a question, write down a few thoughts or share something with the group. There is also space to simply listen.
You never have to share more than you feel comfortable with. You do not need meditation experience, any particular spiritual beliefs or the “right” words. You can arrive feeling curious, tired, emotional or unsure.
The invitation is simply to come as you are.
Why join a circle?
Sometimes, time away from familiar routines can create room to notice what is happening within. Perhaps you are navigating a change, feeling disconnected from yourself or looking for more meaningful connection with other women.
You may also feel that life is going well, yet still want a regular space for reflection and care.
Hearing another woman put words to an experience you recognise can be a powerful reminder that you are not alone. Being listened to, without someone immediately trying to fix things, can feel equally meaningful.
There is no expectation to reach a breakthrough or leave feeling a particular way. The circle offers time and space to explore what matters to you, at your own pace.

The next Dublin circle: Reclaim Your Inner Witch
On Thurdsay, 29 October, at 7:00pm, this Halloween-inspired circle invites participants to reconnect with their “inner witch”: the part of themselves that trusts their intuition, recognises their needs and feels able to express herself.
The evening will gently explore the expectations of being the “good girl”, the parts women may have learned to hide, and what it could mean to give those parts a little more space.
Expect reflection, connection and a touch of Halloween magic.
Whether you have attended circles before or are considering your very first one, you are welcome.
