Ana Silva

Jungian-Informed Therapy, Family Constellations, Pranic Healing and Therapeutic Tarot in Dublin

About Ana

Ana Silva is a holistic therapist who brings a thoughtful, grounded and integrative approach to personal development and self-understanding.

Originally from Brazil, Ana has lived in Ireland for over a decade. She offers sessions in English and Portuguese and welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients.

With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, alongside her own experience of significant life transitions and personal change, Ana understands how easily we can become disconnected from ourselves while navigating responsibilities, relationships, careers and the expectations of everyday life.

Her path into therapeutic work began with a deep interest in understanding human behaviour, the unconscious mind and the patterns that shape our experiences.

Today, Ana brings together Jungian-Informed Therapy, Family Constellations, Pranic Healing and Therapeutic Tarot, drawing on psychological, systemic, symbolic and energy-based perspectives.

Her work is particularly relevant for women seeking to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with parts of themselves they may have overlooked and develop a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness and personal direction.

Ana's Approach: Integrating to Release

Sometimes, the challenges we experience are connected to patterns we have carried for years. We may understand a situation intellectually yet continue to find ourselves repeating familiar behaviours, relationships or choices.

Ana offers a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what may lie beneath these experiences.

Rather than telling you who you should become or offering a fixed formula for change, she encourages you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, including the different parts of your personality, your relationships, your experiences and the patterns that may be influencing your present life.

Her approach is collaborative, reflective and centred on the individual.

The intention is not to become somebody different, but to understand and integrate more of who you already are.

How Ana Can Support You

  • You may find working with Ana particularly meaningful if you are:
  • Experiencing a significant life transition, separation or career change.
  • Noticing recurring patterns in relationships or family dynamics.
  • Feeling stuck, uncertain or disconnected from yourself.
  • Questioning your identity, direction or sense of purpose.
  • Exploring your relationship with the past and its influence on the present.
  • Seeking greater self-awareness, emotional clarity and personal growth.
  • Interested in understanding dreams, symbols or unconscious patterns.
  • Looking for a reflective space to reconnect with yourself.

You do not need to have a clearly defined problem or know exactly what you want to explore before booking.

Sometimes, recognising that something no longer feels right is enough to begin a conversation.

“Life can feel lighter and more joyful when we have the courage to understand ourselves, embrace all our different parts, and offer ourselves the same love we give to others."
