I am running my next Reiki Level 1 course at the comfortable Dublin Wellbeing Centre on the 24th & 25th of January 2026. 10.30 - 5pm.

I run small bespoke groups, hone the training to the group with as much hand on practice as possible, explaining everything, with time for healing and learning. A fabulous start to 2026 to understanding more about how your body operates, how you can influence that in a positive way and also support family and friends and take a step towards deeper and more meaningful self care with an expert.
