I hold a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching and an Advanced Certificate in Parent Coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute. I am also a professional member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I offer Life Coaching, Transformational Coaching, Parent Coaching, and, with a background in HR, I provide Professional Development and Workplace Success Coaching.
Originally from Romania, I grew up in Ireland and am married to an Indian man, which gives me a unique perspective on diversity and inclusion. I am also a mother of two young children, and my professional background is in Human Resources. I am passionate about coaching, and my mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential and make positive changes that transform their lives.
I offer specialised coaching services for individuals who are ready to develop themselves and make lasting changes. My coaching provides a space for self-reflection, where you can connect with yourself and stop trying to “fix” everything around you. I naturally create an environment where people feel comfortable opening up. I don’t promise instant change, but with small, consistent steps, we will build momentum and create lasting positive transformations in your life. I firmly believe that small steps forward are better than no steps at all.
As a mother, I understand the joys and challenges of modern parenting firsthand. Parenthood is not just about raising children, but also about transforming ourselves. It’s about finding balance, self-awareness, and redefining our values as we navigate one of life’s most rewarding roles. I can help you rediscover yourself as a parent, improve your relationship with your children, and support mothers transitioning back to work by exploring new career options.
While I may share resources that have helped me in my parenting journey, I won’t offer parenting strategies. Instead, I aim to help you find confidence in your own parenting style without feeling overwhelmed by information. I can also help you manage the modern parenthood overwhelm and come up with a plan for making improvements where needed.

Together, we’ll uncover your true potential, break old patterns, and create lasting change. With my experience in Human Resources, I bring a unique perspective to coaching. My HR background has equipped me with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership challenges, and the complexities of personal and professional transitions. Whether you are navigating a career change, dealing with job loss, struggling with work-life balance, or facing burnout, I can tailor coaching strategies that align with your professional goals and help you find clarity and direction.
How the Coaching Process Works
My coaching process is personalised to the client’s needs and goal-oriented:
Discovery: The coaching process begins with a 20 minute consultation call where you can share with me your current challenges and what is it that you are looking to achieve from coaching. I will outline the service I provide and I will also answer any questions you may have. This call will help you as the client determine whether I am the right coach for you! Prior to any coaching engagement a written agreement will be signed.
Reflect and Grow: Through our sessions, I’ll help you hear your own thoughts acting as your confidential sounding board, challenge old patterns, and explore new perspectives. As your coach I will ask you questions to create a vision you want and then help you make progress towards it. At the end of each session, you will commit to an action plan, and I will support you in staying accountable and taking steps toward your goals.
Integrate and Evolve: Change takes time! Integrating the changes learned in the coaching sessions need some time to start having an impact in your life. Coaching is a journey and while we can still have huge breakthroughs in one session, ideally clients should have few sessions spread over a period of time. While understanding the ‘why’ is important, lasting change comes from taking small, consistent actions over time. I offer direct access outside of sessions to support you during key moments where appropriate.
I may provide you with follow up resources where appropriate.
Life coaching differs from therapy or counselling in that it is focused on the present and future, not the past. You’ve accepted your past, and now you’re ready to create a new future. As your coach, I won’t provide you with solutions but will guide you to discover them through the coaching process. Research shows that when people create their own action plans, they are significantly more likely to follow through, leading to greater success and commitment.
