About Julian Aragoneses

Julian began studying massage in 2009. After four years of training in Polarity Therapy (an integrated system of physical, psychosomatic and energetic techniques), his goal has been to teach how to discover and to connect with the deepest, authentic and highest self and help to live a life full of meaning and purpose; providing the tools and knowledge necessary to become responsible for your health and wellness. He is a Polarity Therapy Professional from Madrid, a member of I.P.E.A. (The International Polarity Education Alliance).  Julian also studied History of Philosophy in Complutense University in Madrid, and is a teacher of Arts, Creativity and Techniques for personal development. In the last years he has worked in Dublin therapy centers as well as with corporate clients.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage consists of slower, stronger massage techniques that stimulate deeply into the fascia and other supportive tissues that make up the muscles and the joints. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure. This is especially helpful in contracted areas of the body such as the neck, upper back, lower back, legs, and shoulders, which tend to hold the most tension.

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage is the king of all massages. It is a pleasurable and healing massage which uses coconut oil and involves long strokes with the forearms across the whole body, including the belly and under the body too. It also includes some gentle body movement, all to help you drift away and feel soothed as you lie down on the plinth.

I’ll never forget how my Baby responded in the Womb, dancing and moving throughout the session in a state of relaxation felt by both Woman and Baby. I found myself enriched by Craniosacral (CST) it was more nourishing than food, more reassuring than talk, more grounding than sleep. And when things are difficult with Colic and other problems CST somehow releases tensions. For me and my family CST has been a rich source of wellbeing.

The physical results that I experienced from Cranosacral were acuity of the pain decreased and the power in my arm and hand increased. I suddenly felt more uplifted and at the first treatment the neuralgia diminished. I could suddenly lift things and tie my bra. Gastritis had occurred from the analgesia so taking less analagesia was a relief both physically and also on an emotional level. Sleep pattern was better as waking in pain was decreased. I was less tired.
