Using a combination of flowing massage techniques, mindful touch, and intuitive pressure, the treatment works to release muscular tension, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Gentle, rhythmic movements help to calm the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress. The use of carefully selected oils can further enhance the experience, nourishing the skin while engaging the senses.

What to expect
We will start with a consultation to get an overall sense of what’s going on in your mind and body. This gives me hints and clues on what areas need more focus during the session. You can expect a dimly lit room with some calming music and incense burning in the background. I prefer to use heated oil for my treatments which enhances circulation overall, blended with some lovely aromatherapy oils based on your specific needs and allergies etc. I will work on the front and back of your body, this includes a head massage to finish. I will offer feedback at the end about what I noticed during the treatment.
