I am delighted to welcome Zahrish who joined the centre as a pre-accredited Psychotherapist, offering low cost counselling & psychotherapy. She is a truly an accomplished Integrative Psychotherpist with a broad and diverse professional background.
She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, an MSc in Psychotherapy as well as a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has years of experience working across various regions and cultural settings, both in Ireland and internationally.

She is committed to providing therapy in a culturally sensitive manner, understanding the importance of acknowledging and respecting each client’s unique background, experiences, and values. Her approach is integrative, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to ensure that the therapy is personalised to suit each client's individual needs and goals.
She offers in-person sessions in a safe, empathetic, and professional setting. Supporting challanges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions.
"Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a collaborative and non-judgmental space. My goal is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and lasting personal growth, helping you create meaningful changes that enhances your overall well-being and sense of balance"
Despite Zahrish's wealth of education and experience, to become fully accreddited with the IACP, the Irish Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist, she has to complete 550 hours of client work. This is part of the process of completing the requirements to become fully accredited by a professional body. Such practitioners have typically completed extensive formal education and initial training in psychotherapy and are now gaining the supervised experience needed for full certification.
Zahrish will then contact you to discuss the possibilities.
