About Lamhaoise Loomes

Lámhaoise offers traditional Japanese reiki healing sessions. For those of you with experience with reiki, you’ll be aware of how it travels right to the source of well-being. Reiki can be used to prepare for an upcoming event, to address an issue or just to remind yourself of and invest in your spiritual connection. You can use reiki to create your own healing or to help create your own path whatever that maybe. Lámhaoise will help design a single or course of reiki treatments for your needs. Lámhaoise is both a Professional member and current committee member of Reiki Federation Ireland. Reiki bookings are currently available.

In July 23 she graduated with a Distinction in the Holistic Massage Diploma from OBUS Leixlip, Kildare. She has a special interest in Anatomy and Physiology. She loves filling her copies with drawings of both the body systems and muscles and also the varying body mapping energy system. Lamhaoise is a member of the Irish Massage Therapist Association and is covered for insurance. Holistic Massage bookings are currently available

Lamhaoise is currently undertaking a three year Shamanic Practitioner course with the Wise Owl Academy.

Therapies Provided

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle hand on healing therapy. You keep your clothes on and lie on a plinth, covered warmly with relaxing music. It is a very beautiful, deeply relaxing therapy to receive. You will fully refreshed, revived and revitalised. All you have to do is to lie down and relax and allow the energy to do the work.

Holistic Massage

A holistic approach in massage aims to treat the whole person on a physical, mental, and emotional level. It is a full body treatment including face and scalp, using a variety of massage strokes- all of which can be adapted as required to individual needs.

It allows the person time to slow down, connect within and it is a deeply relaxing treatment.
