About Zahrish Aamir
My name is Zahrish Aamir, and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a broad and diverse professional background. I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, an MSc in Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). With this strong academic foundation and years of experience working across various regions and cultural settings, both in Ireland and internationally, I bring a well-rounded approach to my work.
I am deeply committed to providing therapy in a culturally sensitive manner, understanding the importance of acknowledging and respecting each client’s unique background, experiences, and values. My approach is integrative, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to ensure that the therapy is personalised to suit your individual needs and goals.
I offer in-person sessions in a safe, empathetic, and professional setting. Whether you are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I provide a supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered. I work with individuals, adapting my approach to meet your specific circumstances and objectives.
Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a collaborative and non-judgmental space. My goal is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and lasting personal growth, helping you create meaningful changes that enhances your overall well-being and sense of balance.
