She has a particular interest in supporting babies and young children, while also working with adults and people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Jean's approach is gentle, respectful and client-centred, creating a calm and supportive environment where each cranio sacral treatment is tailored to the individual. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child or your baby, Jean offers thoughtful care in the peaceful surroundings of The Dublin Wellbeing Centre.

What is Cranio sacral Therapy?

Cranio sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on complementary therapy that works with the body's natural rhythms using a light touch. Rather than using forceful manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy encourages the body to release patterns of tension while supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Because of its gentle nature, Cranio sacral Therapy is suitable for people of all ages, from newborn babies through to older adults.

Many people choose Craniosacral Therapy as part of their wellbeing routine because it offers an opportunity to slow down, allowing the nervous system to settle in a calm and nurturing environment.

Cranio sacral Therapy for Babies

The birth process, whether straightforward or more complex, can be a significant experience for both baby and parents.

Jean has undertaken specialist paediatric training and works gently with babies using an exceptionally light touch. During sessions, babies remain fully clothed and are usually held by a parent or rest comfortably while treatment takes place.

Mothers often seek Cranio sacral Therapy following a difficult birth, Caesarean section or when they feel themselves and their baby may benefit from a gentle complementary therapy. Craniosacral therapy is particularly beneficial for babies after birth when it can assist with the cranium realignment assisting breastfeeding, calmness for baby and family, reflux and general health after their journey through the birth canal. Every session is adapted to the baby's individual needs, Fathers can also benefit from craniosacral therapy.

Supporting Children

Children experience many physical, emotional and developmental changes as they grow, and some families choose Cranio sacral Therapy as a gentle complementary therapy during these important stages of growth.

Jean creates a calm, welcoming environment where children can feel safe and relaxed. Sessions are adapted to each child's personality, comfort level and individual needs, ensuring every child is supported with patience, sensitivity and care.

Supporting People with Autism

Jean has extensive experience working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You can read some testimonials from such clients and the huge benefits that they received from working with Jean.

She understands that every autistic person experiences the world differently and recognises the importance of creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe, predictable and respectful of each person's sensory preferences.

Appointments are never rushed, allowing clients the time and space they need to become comfortable with the treatment process. Her thoughtful approach helps ensure every session is tailored to the individual rather than following a fixed routine.

Cranio sacral Therapy for Adults

Adults choose Cranio sacral Therapy for many different reasons. Some are looking for deep relaxation, while others simply value having dedicated time to slow down and reconnect with themselves. Craniosacral therapy can also assist with the fallout from car and other accidents.

Sessions take place in a peaceful treatment room where clients remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a plinth / massage table. Jean uses gentle hand placements throughout the session, adapting every treatment to the individual rather than following a standard sequence.

Many clients appreciate the quiet, restorative nature of Craniosacral Therapy as part of their ongoing self-care and wellbeing.
