"My coaching experience has been very beneficial. I was struggling with emotional regulation, managing anxiety and stress and coaching really helped me understand the “why” behind my behaviour. My biggest area of concern was that I was not being very patient when frustrated or stressed with my family and Catherine helped me understand that I was reacting that way due to how I was raised.
