Spiritual Counselling

About Spiritual Counselling

Spiritual counselling involves the therapist using a range of tools to help the client overcome challenges they may be facing in any area of their life. Once the individual reconnects with their inner power and resources, deep healing occurs. A holistic approach to life and situations often leads to a change in perspective, bringing in peace and harmony in life.

The tools can be applied to any area or situation you may be struggling with. Understanding divine order and why things happen often leads to deep insights which can transform our lives for the better.

Dave- "Abi has been a mentor for me over the years and the counselling sessions have given me a different perspective to life. I’m grateful for all the guidance and I feel more empowered"

Peace and Harmony

A deeper understanding of situations gives us peace and harmony in all areas of life.

Overcoming Challenging Situations

Once we stop giving energy to situations, they remain as they are without impacting us the way they used to

Deep healing occurs when we connect with our own inner resources and the divinity bigger than us.

Relief from stress, anxiety, fears, and phobias

Understanding divine order in everything helps us let go of our fears

We will share useful information with you from time to time: health tips, details of courses and events and money off promotions for therapies at the Dublin Wellbeing Centre. Reminding you to take care of yourself with practical advice and tips.

Content of a session

Each Spiritual Counselling session requires a different approach as no two individuals are the same.

We will explore individual situations  and use different tools to reconnect you to your own power and strength.

A spiritual counselling session can bring about healing on many levels, restore balance in one’s life, re-connection to personal power which enables one to live a more happy and fulfilled life.

Some of the tools used in the session are talk therapy, prayer, mindfulness, meditation and energy work. A therapist is trained to hold space and assist with the release

Length of therapy: 60 minutes & 90 minutes.
