Mona Sato
Mona trained as a Bowen Technique Practitioner at European College Bowen Studies (ECBS), U.K. in 2010 and qualified in 2013 she has more than a decade of experience in the Bowen Technique (Bowen Fascial Release Technique).
She has worked as a Beauty and Spa therapist in a prestigious club in Asia and as a spa therapist and Massage therapist in a five-star hotel in Ireland since 2000 and currently she is working at a well-known establishment. She also studied sports massage and aromatherapy, qualifying in Ireland in 2003.
She discovered the effectiveness of The Bowen Technique in 2010 when she received treatment for an overstretched arm sustained while trying to prevent a fall. The successful outcome of the treatment intrigued her and inspired her on to train in the technique herself.
