Non-invasive techniques, guided by your body release these imbalances, restoring essential mind body communication and wellbeing.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Content of a session

Each session commences with a brief consultation to gain an insight into your background and health concerns, allowing us to set a goal or intention for your session. For the rest of the session you will be comfortably positioned on the massage table, fully clothed. The first half of our time is focused on exploring and revealing the often subconscious and interconnected mind and body factors contributing to your concerns. Using gentle muscle monitoring, we are guided by feedback from your body to reveal where the stresses/imbalances lie and understand what your body specifically needs to readdress these. These balancing techniques may involve practices from Chinese Medicine like acupressure point therapy & energetic medicine or sound therapy, tapping, manual release and other somatic techniques. Each session is unique guided by your needs. Ultimately you leave with a better understanding of the holistic drivers of your concern, feeling more balanced and with tools to continue this healing process at home.

Length of therapy: 60 & 90 minutes.

 

The Dublin Wellbeing Centre is a relaxing haven located right in Dublin’s City Centre, near Trinity College.
