About Linda Morris

Linda Morris is an advanced Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, trained Birth Doula (Doula Care Ireland) & Birth Mentor (Birthing from Within), and above all mother of two little Dutch-American-Italian toddlers born in Ireland. She also facilitates the Medicine Woman Course by Cyclical Women, an online course for postnatal women to reconnect to the qualities of the cycle. ‘The transition into motherhood is such a special and transformative time; it requires us to tap into our inner resilience, wisdom, and most of all tranquility. We will be embracing an exciting new unknown, with ourselves, our baby and our new family.

Wether it’s your first, second or third time around, you don’t have to journey alone. Mindful Birth Coaching offers additional support through customised integrative tools to empower you during pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery and mum life. Allow yourself to trust, embrace and enjoy this beautiful time ahead and be the best version of you.’

Linda started practicing yoga & meditation in 2007. She has been teaching since 2017 and has been specialising in supporting other women on their journey since 2020, when she became pregnant with her first. She has a background in camera journalism and has always been passionate about Womens rights. Over the years she has taught numerous women to ease and explore pre- and postnatal symptoms; to prepare & practice with tools for an active birth; and to reconnect & recover the postnatal body.
