WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Content of a session
In a typical InnerSpeak session, we begin with a consultation to identify areas of concern. Using muscle testing and guided visualization, we access the subconscious to uncover the origins of blocks. Through specific protocols, these blocks are cleared, facilitating healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Clients often report feeling lighter and more focused post-session.
During an EFT session, you will sit comfortably in a calming space while we discuss the issue you wish to address. Together, we’ll identify the emotions or thoughts associated with it and perform tapping sequences on specific meridian points. The process is simple, non-invasive, and tailored to your needs.
Many clients feel a noticeable shift during or immediately after the session, leaving them lighter and more
empowered. Clients can expect to leave the session feeling more relaxed, focused, and better equipped to handle any emotional challenges that may arise.
Length of therapy: 60, 90 & 120 minutes.
The Dublin Wellbeing Centre is a relaxing haven located right in Dublin’s City Centre, near Trinity College.
