Inner Child Healing

Inner Child Healing is a transformative therapy that helps you reconnect with and heal wounded parts of yourself from childhood. Through gentle exploration, guided visualization, and somatic awareness, we address unresolved emotional patterns, trauma, and limiting beliefs that developed in early life, creating lasting emotional freedom and wholeness.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Content of a session

We begin with a gentle consultation to understand your current challenges and childhood experiences that may be influencing your present life.

During the session, I guide you through relaxation techniques and somatic awareness to help you feel grounded and safe. Using guided visualization, gentle dialogue, figurines, and body-cantered practices, we'll carefully connect with your inner child. This isn't about reliving trauma but about offering compassion and healing to the younger parts of yourself.

You'll learn practical tools for self-nurturing that you can use between sessions. Each session is tailored to your pace and comfort level, honouring your unique healing journey. You'll leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, and with renewed self-compassion.

 

Length of therapy: 60 minutes, 90 minutes & 120 minutes

 

The Dublin Wellbeing Centre is a relaxing haven located right in Dublin’s City Centre, near Trinity College.
