About Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping 

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a form of energy psychology that involves tapping on specific points on the body to release emotional and physical tension. It aims to alleviate a range of emotional and physical issues, from anxiety and depression to chronic pain and addiction.

EFT is based on the idea that negative emotions and physical pain are caused by disruptions in the body's energy system.
