WHY DO CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

About Craniosacral Therapy

Your body's autobiography gives us a wealth of information to work with in Craniosacral therapy. Enhancing a holistic experience of your life’s journey, Craniosacral is suitable for babies, children and adults, and is suitable in both paediatrics and general treatment, including for back problems, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Tinnitus, stress relief, developmental difficulties, TMJ and Whiplash.

The anxiety following traumatic birth experiences can also be eased through Craniosacral. There have been 3 recent cases of Birth trauma as a result of the umbilicus around the neck. In early life the trauma is converted into numbness in the tissue and in teenage and adulthood the tensions trigger anxiety, either in a dream state or when challenges arise. Craniosacral is a model of sensitive bodywork which affords relief so that there is greater ability to flow with life and be more at ease in the body.
