Content of a session
Before our session, you'll complete a written assignment (Prenatal Debrief) to help us understand your core needs and principles. We'll discuss this at the start of our customised session. Based on your wishes, we’ll choose what to focus on for the session. It can be a combination of the following services, including:
Our session will take place in a cozy room with tea available. You're welcome to bring your birthing partner if you'd like. Sometimes the session will come with some homework or resources that support your needs.
In the session I might use (yoga) props, visuals, music or other items and materials that will support the focus of our time together.
The Dublin Wellbeing Centre is a relaxing haven located right in Dublin’s City Centre, near Trinity College.
