This 4-week self-care group offers a gentle, trauma-informed space for those who have experienced sexual abuse. Each session blends grounding practices, emotional regulation skills, and supportive reflection. The group focuses on rebuilding safety, connection, and self-compassion through accessible mind–body tools and steady, compassionate facilitation.
This group provides a steady, nurturing space for individuals who have experienced sexual abuse and want to reconnect with themselves in a gentle, supported way. Each week includes grounding techniques, breathwork, and reflective practices to help regulate the body and emotions. The group emphasises choice, safety, and personal pace, offering practical tools and compassionate guidance to help rebuild inner steadiness, trust, self-awareness, and meaningful self-care.
When I arrived at the course, my head was all over the place. I couldn’t look at people because I thought people could see right through me. By the end of the course, I was much more in control. I wasn't spinning out of control any more. For the first time I felt more at home with myself.
