Content of the Course

This four-week group offers a gentle and grounding space for individuals who have experienced sexual abuse to reconnect with themselves in a supported way. Each 90-minute session includes guided grounding, breathwork, reflective practices, and simple regulation tools to help calm the nervous system and build inner steadiness.

Participants are invited to explore emotional awareness, self-compassion, and personal pacing, with an emphasis on choice and safety throughout the sessions.

Weekly themes focus on cultivating calm, reconnecting with internal resources, and developing meaningful self-care practices. The group includes supportive discussion, guided exercises, and optional journaling to deepen understanding and connection.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, along with a notebook for reflection. The intention is to create a steady, nurturing environment where individuals can gently explore practices that support resilience, clarity, and a compassionate relationship with themselves within the group.
