Many people may associate Kinesiology when working with food allergies and intolerances, however Kinesology is a form of Mind Body Medicine that helps support broader health concerns and imbalances.

Kinesiology is a natural therapy fusing Chinese Medicine and Western Anatomy & Physiology to unlock holistic health. Muscle monitoring as natural feedback helps to identify, understand and unlock the subconscious patterns of stress individual to your trauma and health needs. Non-invasive techniques, guided by your body, release these imbalances, restoring essential mind body communication and wellbeing.

Health challenges are complex and individual. They can be psycho-emotional, musculoskeletal, digestive, hormonal or energetic in nature and they occur for different reasons.
