Birth Coaching with Linda Morris, Active Birth Coach at the Centre

So delighted to welcome Linda Morris, Birth Coach who provides active birth coaching in the centre for individuals and couples.

Linda provides one to one or for couples, birth coaching & mentoring sessions, tailored to the your individual needs, at the centre, preparing and supporting you and your partner (individuals and or couples) for childbirth, postpartum recovery and parenting life. 

Linda comes with extensive experience in all areas having trained as a Birth Doula (Doula Care Ireland), Birth Mentor (Birthing from Within), Advanced Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and Mother & Baby Postnatal Yoga Teacher.

Linda is herself the proud mother of two beautiful little toddlers. She has worked with numerous women in their pre- and postnatal period, supporting them to find mental and physical resilience,  relief, a calm & positive mindset, and their local communities.
