About Yenny White

My name is Yenny White and I am a Strategic Interventor. I help clients heal their hearts after a breakup, reclaim their confidence, and be free and unlimited to live from their purest and most powerful essence. I trained in the best Spanish-speaking school of Strategic Intervention ®.

I suffered after a devastating breakup. My self-esteem was low and felt constantly sad. Therapy was taking too long to help me. After a strategic intervention, I healed my heart and liberated myself to lead a life of love and power.

My mission is to help you heal the wounds from the past that don't allow you to live freely. To unblock your fear, your sadness, your guilt, or your resentment and to empower all the good that you have inside... in just one session.

Breakup is a Bitch

Don’t let it bring you down. Do you want to feel happy and joyful and the breakup still holds you back? Do you feel sadness frequently and no matter how hard you try, you can't raise your head? Do you want to get out of it? Put on beautiful clothes, come to socialize and feel better deciding the way you want to be loved from now on.

I recently ended a very long relationship and was having a lot of difficulties, insomnia, and sadness. The past tormented me. I was also having a lot of anxiety about the future. In the session, I learned that I have to love myself as I am, not give my best to those who do not deserve it, not be afraid of making mistakes, stop feeling guilty and make amends with the past.
