About Sound Healing Therapy

Sound healing or vibrational healing as it is also known can help make you feel lighter
physically and emotionally. Sound healing has been around for thousands of years, seen in many indigenous
communities for healing or ceremonial uses.
Through much research vibrational healing has a positive impact on both mental and
physical health, helping to improve and boost moods, reduce stress and in some studies can
help relieve physical pain.

Sound healing helps to raise the clients vibration, this in turn raises the person's energy,
they'll be more likely to feel lighter physically and emotionally, experiencing more clarity
and joy Daily.
This practice is essential for those with busy schedules who just need a moment to get
intouch with their body and soul, coming back into the present.
According to research, sound therapy can help people to experience improved sleep, lower
blood pressure and cholesterol and even reduce risk of heart disease. With sound therapy
you can experience deep relaxation allowing the sound and vibrations to return your mind
and body to harmony.

Content of a session

The Session will start with a polite Greeting and a Consultation getting to know more of what
we will work with during our time together. A sound healing session can take place on the
floor , a chair or on a table depending on the client.
A typical session is 1hr long, Through the session you will relax and allow the sounds to
take you on a vibrational journey.
Each session is different but starts with a cleansing of the aura and a balancing of the chakras;
this will be a sequence of taps on the himalayan bowls. Once the cleansing and balancing is
complete you will feel an overwhelming feeling of relaxation giving into it you are advised to
allow whatever experience emotionally and physically arises in the body.
Sound healing sessions often involve various instruments producing therapeutic sounds
creating a calming atmosphere and stimulating healing energies.
I believe that we are all responsible for our own health and that healing comes from within.

Length of therapy: 60 minutes.
