‘Breathwork involves conscious control and manipulation of breath to enhance physical,

Pranayama is believed to offer various benefits such as, Improved focus, enhanced
respiratory function and promoting a sense of calm and well-being.

BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK COACHING

Opens and strengthens respiratory system while oxygenating the
body

Breathwork can enhance lung capacity, promoting relaxation and overall
respiratory efficiency. Techniques such as deep diaphragmatic breathing
can increase oxygen intake, support better lung function and reduce
stress on the respiratory muscles.

Clears the mind and opens the energy systems to bring strength and
awareness into the whole body.

By learning how to breathe with more intention and awareness you
help to supply oxygen to the body which is essential for cellular energy
production, Oxygen combines with glucose producing energy.

Increases immunity , strengthening and balancing the nervous
system.

Stress hormones like cortisol can suppress the immune system, using
deep breathing techniques can help lower cortisol levels, this this
improved oxygenation through deep breathing enhances our overall
well-being.

Helps with depression, anxiety, creates focus, awareness and
settles the mind.

Breathwork can activate the parasympathetic nervous system ,
leading to the calming of the mind and body. This improves mood
